My work blends intuition, tradition, and a deep love for nature. Every tea, tincture, and blend is crafted slowly and intentionally, with the hope that it brings a bit of calm, comfort, and ritual into your day.

I gather my ingredients in small, meaningful ways: foraging wild herbs, tending to the ones I grow myself, and choosing local sustainable sources when needed. Many of my creations are a blend of all three, woven together with intention.

My long‑term dream is to grow everything I can, creating a little apothecary filled with plants nurtured from seed to bottle.

This space is my way of sharing the beauty I see in herbalism: the soft, grounding kind that feels like coming home.
